I welcome referrals and co-counsel arrangements from colleagues, on a Rule 1.5.1-compliant basis, across the full range of California employee-side matters. Your client works with me directly and stays informed throughout. Fees are shared per our agreement and the Rules of Professional Conduct.
I take PAGA and representative wage matters as co-counsel or by referral — the kind of case that can swallow a small office if you staff it yourself.
